HISTORY
Agriculture marks a thriving sector for VR ARMENIAN FRUIT and FUNFRUIT companies. Our journey began in 2016 when our first horticulture farm was established in Ashtarak district of the Aragatsotn region. Spanning 35.5 hectares, we nurtured intensive apple, cherry, and apricot orchards using innovative European farming techniques.
Our project not only boosted horticulture in Armenia but also promoted local produce. After extensive research and partnerships with renowned European horticultural companies, we embarked on a project of unmatched scale in Armenia.
We imported globally acclaimed pear saplings from European, mainly Italian and Dutch nurseries.
We have started the expansion of our orchards.
GROWING STEADILY, WE NOW CULTIVATE 155 HECTARES OF LAND, WHERE WE GROW NOT ONLY CONFERENCE PEARS BUT ALSO LUCAS, WILLIAMS, AND NOYABRSKAYA VARIETIES. WE PLAN TO EXPAND OUR PEAR ORCHARDS TO 170 HECTARES.
We acquired 370 hectares of land in the Aragatsavan community of the Aragatsotn district.
By 2021, we had planted 100 hectares of Conference pear orchards.
To ensure long-term storage, we have initiated the construction of a state-of-the-art refrigeration complex with a capacity of 7500 tons and atmospheric control.
We will also be launching a modern automated fruit sorting line this year to enhance our fruit sorting process.

Our continuous growth contributes to environmental preservation by converting barren land into fruitful orchards.
We plan to add apricot orchards covering 100 hectares of land in the future.
